Sunday - Thursday = $120 per night (two night minimum)
Friday & Saturday = $140 per night and Friday and Saturday must be booked together.
Holidays = $140 per night
Weekly rate = $780 (7 night stay)
3 - 4 night stay (Sunday - Thursday) = $115 per night
5 night stay (Sunday - Thursday) = $550

1 night stays are subject to a $20 surcharge and a reservation for a one night stay cannot be made more than 7 days in advance unless the dates is open between already booked dates.

Rates are subject to an 11% lodging tax (6% State of Illinois and 5% Jackson County)
Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy - (Maximum 4 guests per cabin).
Weekly rate for each additional guest = $50 for 7 night stay (Max 4).
Each additonal guest (this policy applies to both children and adults) is an extra $10 per night - (Maximum 4 persons per cabin - NO exceptions).
We do not allow any more guests in the cabins other than the specified amount of guests. If I find additonal guests in your cabin you will be charged an additional $50 per hour gathering fee and additional guests will be asked to leave immediately. Our cabins are NOT a party facility! Please see our frequentlly asked questions page if you need more information.
Pets are allowed only with owner permission and there is a $15 per night pet fee per pet ($75 for weekly rate and maximum 2 pets - No exceptions). No pets in Cabin 3.
Pets must be house broken and crated if left alone in the cabin.
2013 Dates That Must be Booked Together:
Labor Day: Friday August 30 - Sunday September 1 (3 nights minimum)
Columbus Day: Friday October 11 - Sunday October 13 (3 nights minimum)
Thanksgiving: Wednesday November 27 - Saturday November 30 (4 nights minimum)
Christmas: Monday December 23 - Wednesday December 25 (3 nights minimum)
New Years: Tuesday December 31 and Wednesday January 1 (check out on January 2)
Friday May 9 and Saturday May 10, 2014 rate is $200 per night for 2 guests.

All reservations must be secured by a credit card and we require a 50% of total stay deposit- we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards through our secure online reservation system or over the phone.
Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit that will be applied towards your balance. Reservations for a one night stay require full payment in advance.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. (please call me for early check in availability, but remember that we need time to clean the cabins). Do not just show up to your cabin before 3PM. You will be asked to leave so that I can clean your cabin for you.

Must be 21 years or older to rent the cabin (No exceptions).
Reservations are taken up to one year in advance and must be cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit fee. If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your stay a check will be mailed to refund the deposit fee minus a $20.00 processing fee. Reservations for 7 or more consecutive days require a 21 day cancellation notice.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date or fail to show for your reservation you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If I am able to fill any of your reserved days to another guest you will not be obligated to pay for the dates filled.
Priority will be given to reservation requests made for the same dates to the longer duration stays.
State or county lodging tax rates may change without notice.
Prior to rental we require that you view our rental policy and by submitting a reservation you are authorizing that you have read and understand our rental policy.
